In FieldX Office for the PC, select a number of fields.
Click ‘Generate Output Report’, then select ‘Scouting History’
Adjust the report settings to your preferences. Some key preferences include:
Select your Report Timeframe in the ‘Date Range’. To include all observations from the current season, select ‘Current Crop Season.’
Select the ‘Group By’ to set how the data is grouped. The options are: Grower, Farm, or Field, or none.
For the ‘Pest Filter’, you can choose to display Weeds Only, Insects Only, or Diseases Only if you prefer only reviewing one pest type. By default, all pest observations will be displayed.
Click on ‘Include Crop Data’ to identify other data fields to include.
From the ‘View Data’ tab, you can manipulate your data in a few ways:
To rearrange the order of the columns, click and drag a column header.
To exclude a column of data from the report, right click on the column header.
To sort by a selected column, click on a column header.
Click ‘Save/Email’ to save the report. This report can be saved as an Excel file if you would like to further manipulate the report.
Generate Recommendation History Report
In FieldX Office for the PC, select a number of fields.
Click ‘Generate Output Report’, then select ‘Recommendation History’
Adjust the report settings to your preferences. Some key preferences include:
Select your Report Timeframe in the ‘Date Range’. To include all Recommendations from the current season, select ‘Current Crop Season.’
Select whether you want to display an itemized list, which will display each Recommendation entry, or ‘Totals Only’, which will only display the total amount of a product recommended within the timeframe.
Select the ‘Group By’ to set how the data is grouped, which can be done by a variety of ways.
You can additionally set a ‘Sub Group’. For example, you can group by ‘Field’, then further Sub-Group by ‘Treatment.’
Click on ‘Select Columns to identify other data fields to include.
If you are only interested in a certain category of treatments, such as ‘Herbicides’, click on ‘Select Categories’ to limit the types of treatments to include.
Click ‘Save/Email’ to save the report. This report can be saved as an Excel file if you would like to further manipulate the report.
Generate Planting Report

Select your Report Timeframe in the ‘Date Range’. To include all Planting entries from the current season, select ‘Current Crop Season.’
Select the ‘Group By’ to set how the data is grouped, which can be done by a variety of ways.
You can additionally set a ‘Sub Group’. For example, you can group by ‘Field’, then further Sub-Group by ‘Amount Used Units.’
Click on ‘Select Columns to identify other data fields to include.
Click ‘Save/Email’ to save the report. This report can be saved as an Excel file if you would like to further manipulate the report.
