Generate Field Planting Form
A Field Planting Form can be printed and distributed to help a crop consultant collect planting details from their customers. There are spots for the grower to sketch planting details on the field border, add crop and variety details, as well as additional at-planting treatments and notes.
- In FieldX Office for the PC, select the Grower, Farm, and Field items that will be included in the report.
- Click ‘Generate Output Report’, then select ‘Field Planting Form.’
- Click ‘Save/Email’ to save the report. To print a copy for the grower to fill out, you can click ‘Print.’
