Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day free trial subscription of FieldX for companies considering purchasing a subscription. This is the fully functional version of the software. Please use the trial period to evaluate whether or not FieldX is a good fit for your company.

Annual user subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Credit for cancelled subscription will be calculated by prorating the payment for a subscription from the end of the current month through the organization’s renewal date. This credit can be applied toward future purchases of FieldX subscriptions.

We do not provide cash refunds.
