Editing Grid Alignment with A-B Line
The A-B line provides an alternative method to align the grid. Instead of using the lateral shifts and rotation setups in the Grid setup window, the A-B line drawn by the user defines one edge of the grid.
Note that a sample grid must be created before the A-B tool can be used.
- First, select the ‘A-B’ tool in the left toolbar.
- Then click on the map in two places to define a line. The grid will snap to be parallel with the line.
