“Field Insights” Service

For existing customers, the Field Insights Service puts your data to work for you.

Our Data Science team will assemble reports to help you understand factors that influenced crop performance, including pest issues, crop variety or rotation, weather, and treatments. These custom reports can also be a tool for investigating new or persistent pest problems.

These reports include:

• Detailed crop timeline to review with a Grower.

For existing customers, the “Fine Tuning” service will help refine your setup. We will actively work with you to understand your needs and work with you to set up the program to achieve your goals.

This service includes the following:

• In-depth review of data being entered into FieldX and goals for using the platform.
• Detailed and proactive coaching for 12 months.
• Refining the Grower Tree setup.
• Creating new picklist items, journal templates and report templates.
• Connecting soil moisture sensors to FieldX Irrigation.

Cost: $1,000/organization

For new customers, our team will work proactively with you to set up the system for success from day one.

This service includes the following:

• Detailed review of customer’s software needs and goals, followed by proactive coaching for 12 months.

• Connecting soil moisture sensors to FieldX Irrigation.
